Is this a healthy breakfast smoothie?

The first question is obvious:

I have a healthy breakfast recipe that calls for 1 slice of grilled tomato. That’s a lot of work for one slice. If someone knows why it’s healthier then a raw tomato, and/or has an alternative, easier way to prepare a healthy tomato, let me know. So here’s a list of my questions:

1.Why are grilled tomatoes healthier then regular tomatoes, and/or is there an easier alternative?

2.Is Yoplait yogurt organic?

3. what’s the difference between virgin and extra virgin olive oil?

4. how can you tell if milk is organic?

5. I have a dinner plan, and it says I should have Green leafy vegetables sauteed in a wok with 1tsp sesame seeds for dinner. But I am 13, and that’s too much work for me. Is there an easier alternative? If so, what is it? If not, why?

6.I have a breakfast plan that says, ‘2 dried or fresh peaches’. At the store, dried peaches only come in bags. How can I measure 2 peaches worth of dried slices?

7.What is an alternative to a wholemeal ‘roll’?

9.I cottage cheese. What’s a good substitute?

Is it more/less healthy?

I have frozen strawberries, apple juice, peach/strawberry yoplait yogurt. Can someone tell me step by step on how to make a good smoothie with the ingredients i have? and tell me what major ingredient I must have for a good smoothie.

How do I make a good strawberry smoothie with these ingredients?

few cups of milk

blackberries

raspberries

is this combination ok or should i be eating something else in addition. im male, 5′11 approx 160lbs

is a smoothie a suitable lunch?

So I just bought a Cuisinart Ice Cream Maker and I really liked it at first. I made up my own recipe of a container of yoplait thick and creamy light yogurt, some strawberries (pureed), half a banana (pureed), some mangos (diced) from a container with some of there sweet syrup added in, 1 cup milk, and a half cup of sugar. I put it in the bowl that I froze (I froze it for about 4.5 hours till I couldnt here the liquid moving) and started churning away. The result was pretty decent and it came out to a thick smoothie texture (probably becuase I didn’t freeze the bowl enough). I decided to put it in the freezer to harden overnight and now it is a SOLID BLOCK. It looks like I didnt even attempt to use an ice cream maker and just threw in yogurt and froze it. What do I do??? How do I keep my recipes from freezing so hard? And if you have never used an ice cream maker please don’t bother answering just for points. Thanks!!! :)
